Damn
I fractured my tibia last weekend. Sort of puts a damper on all things walking, riding, driving (beacuse its my left foot and I drive a stick) UGH!
So NOT happy about this one.

yikes! I have a special diet whenever I break something, lots of calcium, lots of water, lots of bananas, lots of sleep, lots of iron. Heal up fast.
Don’t we think it odd that rampant riders routinely break bones? Perhaps the car yellers are onto something about how bad bike riders are?
I think maybe it hits a little harder to people who are active becuase they have to stop activities. I am bummed about this but trying not to let it get me down too much. I guess I did not mention how I did it. I was hiking in NH not biking but still.
Keep strong. Focus on the long term goal and acept the time frame. Don’t rush it. Everyday is a day closer. It sucks being inactive if your an active person. Yet remember your muscles, heart and body have memory and that will kick in once you get back on top, they (muscle memory) won’t let you down. Believe in that. And you know what after reading this your already 1 minute closer already. Peace.
